The Vanilla V8 is back by popular demand! Featuring 8 delicious layers of vanilla as seen on masterchef Australia

V8 layers include:

Vanilla crème chantilly

Toasted vanilla brulee

Vanilla water gel

Vanilla ganache

Vanilla macaron

Vanilla dacquoise

Vanilla chiffon cake

Vanilla almond crunch

This cake does contain both gluten and nuts.

Sizing:

The vanilla V8 is made in an 8" size to feed 16-18 people for $125

a 60 x 40cm cake to feed 100 guests is also available* at $700

Orders must be placed with at least 48 hours notice.

* 60 x 40 size requires one week notice, by phone order only. These are available for pick up only at the Rozelle Cafe.

All orders placed after 5pm will be considered the next business day and will be confirmed. Consider public holidays when ordering, we will not be able to fill orders placed on or over public holidays without being given adequate notice.

Please Note:

Currently available for pick up only.
Pickup location can be set for the Cafe in Rozelle, Patisserie at 'The Star' - Pyrmont or the Patisserie in Manly.
Pickup times vary.
