This cake is named after one of our Head Chefs, Tom Mitchell  who has a penchance for wearing all brown clothing.

Mr Tom Brown is a layered cake consisting of:

 milk chocolate and coconut mousse

mango compote

milk chocolate and ginger cremeaux

coconut and ginger cake

milk chocolate and almond glaze

THIS CAKE CONTAINS: TREE NUTS, EGGS, DAIRY, GELATINE

This cake is available in one size only - 25cm log which serves approximately 12persons

Availability:

This cake Must be pre-ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
All orders placed after 5pm will be considered the next business day and will be confirmed.
Consider public holidays when ordering, we will not be able to fill orders placed on or over public holidays without being given enough notice

This product is available for collection from the following locations

Rozelle from 10am till 4pm

Waverley 10am till 6pm ( 5pm Sunday)

The Star - 11am till late
